SHIFENG NYLON-6 INDUSTRY PLANT  is one subsidiary company of SHIFENG GROUP---the largest agricultural machine manufacturer in China. Nylon-6 Industry was established in 2005, the total investment of which has reached 1billion RMB. Till the end of 2020, we have built 4 polymerization plants, and the yearly producing capacity has reached 100,000 tons for CPL Solid, Nylon-6 chips and yarn, 30,000 tons for Nylon-6 cord fabric. The capacity of fabric has been increased to nearly 40,000 tons by end of 2021, based on new machinary suppoting.

SHIFENG NYLON-6 production contains Nylon-6 middle & high viscose chips, Nylon-6 industrial yarn & UV yarn, Nylon-6 grey cloth & dipped cord fabric. Nylon-6 Chip is mainly used for industrial and civil spinning; Nylon-6 Yarn is mainly used for nylon fabric, nylon canvas, nylon geocloth and nylon rope; Nylon Dipped Fabric is mainly used as framework material for tires.
